- Profile Details: When you register as a Client or a Technician, we collect your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Optional Profile Photo.
- Location Services: We use your device's geographical location with your explicit consent to connect Clients with nearby Technicians and trace live job progress.
- Bank & Account Details: For technicians requesting withdrawals, bank details (Bank Name, Account Number, Account Name) are securely saved to complete transfers.
Payment & Escrow Security
All payments, service deposits, and payouts are processed securely through **Paystack**, a fully licensed and PCI-DSS compliant fintech payment gateway. FixLink **does not** view, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers directly on our servers.
Data Deletion & Rights
You have full ownership of your data. You may request the deletion of your account and personal details at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verification, all of your profile details will be permanently erased from our databases within 7 business days.
